Compatible exclusively with BMW 1 Series F20/F21 LCI facelift models (2015–2019) equipped with factory halogen headlights.
Installation Guide
Installation and assembly:
Easy installation and identical to the headlights currently on your car. Plug and play technology: direct connection, no extra coding required.
Tip: For optimal installation, we recommend that you contact your trusted body shop or mechanic to remove the front bumper and correctly insert the headlights.
Preliminary Operations
Before installation, unscrew the rear cap and cut the nylon tie used for transport ( watch the demonstration video from minute 1:56 ). Then, seal the rear holes with the round adhesive (Round Film) to ensure proper internal transpiration ( see the explanatory photo ) .
NB: This operation is not necessary for headlights that do not include the transparent sticker in the package, as shown in the image above.
Adjusting LED Headlights: Quick Guide
Required: Screwdriver, car with hood open, wall as reference.
Steps:
- Open the hood and find the adjustment screws (vertical and horizontal) (click here for photo) .
- Rotate the screws with a screwdriver to adjust the light beam on the wall.
- Close the hood and check the result.
Suggestions:
- Park facing a wall 5 meters away.
- Align the light beam with the horizontal line and the cutting point recommended by the manufacturer (car manual).
- Do not force the screws.
- If in doubt, consult the manual or a professional.

Check the model, year and type of original headlight. Some BMW models are available with factory Halogen or Xenon headlights and require a dedicated version. Use the Compatibility guide and, if in doubt, send us a photo of the original headlight.
Can I install LED headlights myself or is it advisable to seek professional assistance?
DEMAX headlights are designed for Plug & Play installation, with no coding required. Replacing the headlights still requires removal of the bumper and good practical skills. If you are unsure, use a trusted mechanic or body shop.

Demax LED headlights have the same lifespan as the car itself. They do not require any maintenance or replacement during normal use.
Are Demax LED headlights covered by warranty?
Yes. DEMAX LED headlights are covered by a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects and malfunctions not caused by improper use. Optional Complete Coverage up to 36 months is available separately.
What are the shipping times to receive the LED headlights?
Shipping times to receive the headlights vary depending on the destination and the shipping method chosen. In general, delivery takes 5 to 7 working days.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your order. You will receive the tracking code within 1/3 working days. To track your shipment with GLS, go to the site, enter the tracking received by selecting "International Reference" and enter the postal code to view the shipment status.
