1. Subject of the Terms
These Terms govern website navigation, product purchases, payments, shipments, returns, refunds, the right of withdrawal, and other relationships between Demax LED and customers.

2. Customers and Territorial Scope
Demax LED sells online to customers located in Italy, the European Union, and other countries worldwide, according to the destinations available at checkout.
Some provisions of these Terms may apply differently depending on whether the customer acts as a consumer or a professional, and depending on the country of residence or order destination.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes the mandatory rights recognized to the consumer by the applicable law in their country of habitual residence.
Should any provision of these Terms be inapplicable or limited in a specific jurisdiction, such provision shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by law, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.

Demax LED sells products and accessories online, with particular reference to vehicle accessories and products related to the automotive sector.

The customer is responsible for verifying, before purchasing, that the product is compatible with their vehicle, with the intended use, and with the applicable regulations in the country where the product will be installed, imported, or used.
Any information on the website does not replace the technical, regulatory, or compatibility checks that the customer is required to perform before purchasing.
4. Prices
Product prices are indicated on the website in the currency shown to the customer during navigation or checkout.

7. Shipping and Deliveries
Shipments are made to the address indicated by the customer during checkout.
The customer is responsible for providing correct and complete shipping information. Demax LED is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete data provided by the customer.
Shipping times and costs may vary depending on the destination, the courier used, product availability, and any circumstances beyond Demax LED's control.

8. International Shipments, Duties, and Import
Demax LED can ship to Italy and other countries, according to the destinations available at checkout.
For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures, local controls, the courier used, and other factors not directly dependent on Demax LED.
Any customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, administrative charges, or additional costs applied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise indicated during checkout.
The customer is responsible for verifying that the purchased products can be imported, installed, and used in their country, in compliance with applicable local regulations.
Demax LED is not responsible for any delays, customs blocks, additional costs, or import limitations resulting from regulations, controls, or procedures of the destination country, except as provided by applicable law.
9. Damaged Package Upon Delivery
Upon delivery, the customer is invited to check the integrity of the package.
In case of a visibly damaged, tampered with, wet package, or with obvious signs of impact, we recommend accepting the delivery with reservations, if possible, or refusing the package.
In case of delivery anomalies, the customer must contact Demax LED promptly at info@demaxled.it, attaching photos of the package, packaging, and the product received.
10. Right of Withdrawal for EU Consumers
If the customer is a consumer residing in the European Union, they have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without needing to provide any reason, except for cases of exclusion provided by law.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer can use the Withdrawal Form available in the website footer.
After submitting the request via the electronic form, the customer will receive an automatic confirmation at the email address provided.

After communicating the withdrawal, the customer must return the product without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date on which they communicated the decision to withdraw.

For customers residing in the United Kingdom who act as consumers, any rights of cancellation, return, refund, or warranty apply within the limits provided by any applicable mandatory British legislation.

In case of a valid withdrawal, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

17. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
